Zoo Lights

A few weeks ago Steve took Liv and Leo to the zoo to meet Aimee and Marc and kids. I love Olivia's face re: proximity of the polar bear.

Oh Man

Diamonds

Leo calls Lucia "diamonds" - when I asked why, his response was: "her has diamonds in her eyes!" 

Bear Cave

 Leo's best buddy Johnny (who just happens to be 50 + yrs old) helped him build a bear cave the other day. 

New Doors

We are long overdue for new entry doors, and are so thankful install wasn't scheduled for last Monday- could you imagine? It's a bit chilly in here but nothing a little extra layering can't fix.

The kids had a blast.

Although, I doubt Leo made a wish before letting his balloon go.

Lucia was so good. 

All of the kids wanted to hold her.

Poor Leo was done. Just over it.

When we got home Lucia peed through a onesie, jams and a sleep sack, prompting a snuggle in blankies.

These two are starting to remind me of each other. Olivia is 9 weeks, vs. Lucia's nearly 6 weeks.

The Circuit

Lucia loves to do her swing, and then not so much tummy time. I call it the "circuit" - swing, tummy time, play gym. 

Failed Attemps

 I've sent out Christmas cards since 1998. 

 I used to pick the cutest ones from Urban Outfitters. 

 In my mind, these three beat any cute card any day. But, alas, due to a couple of setbacks, we didn't get a chance. 

I've been trying to get a group shot, to no avail. One of these days. And instead of a Christmas card it will be a Valentine. Or, worst case, St. Patrick's Day?

She's 5 weeks - where did that time go? She is really coming into her own -chubby (sorry girl) and cooing and smiles.
