My apologies

Our desktop computer is still not set up at our house, so my blogging has been few and far between. I hope to have it set up and back to normal by next weekend, when blog updates will be more frequent.

Together, just not Together

Liv and Esme spent some (carefully monitored) time together this Easter. We wanted to get a picture of them in their dresses, but feared that Olivia might not be too happy about that. So we kept them a safe distance apart. Look how cooool Esme is in her shades!

A Patient Patient

Liv was unfortunate enough to get another cold, this one she handled somewhat better. You can barely even tell she's sick, save for the dried up boogs under her nose.

The Handiwork of a Toddler

Liv is getting more imaginative as she plays. Here she has set up her doll to look in the mirror.

And Pink Bear and Mr. Green got to sit in the bumbo

And who can resist running barefoot through crumpled styrofoam?

Curly Q

The other day Olivia's curls were bouncing as she walked. Could you imagine being so lucky?

26 going on 8

We celebrated Katie Rose's B-day last weekend. She requested a dirt cake, which my Mom made, fake worms and all.

Sweet Esme

Esme Loves faces, especially that of her Grandpa.

Park...How We've Missed You

We Took Liv to the park yesterday to enjoy the balmy weather. What a treat!

From Chicago to San Fran

Cool Globes will be in San Francisco this summer - here's the view they'll have!

Irish Eyes...are Adorable!

Bitter cold couldn't stop us from heading out to the South Side Irish Parade. The ladies loved it!

Shear Madness

Steve shaved his head for St. Baldricks, all money raised goes towards pediatric cancer research. We went along for entertainment.

The Real Deal

Olivia sleeps with two (fake) bunnies in her crib. She was excited to get to meet the real thing (Auntie Gena wasn't so excited).

A Great Actress

Olivia is desperate to get outside. So her new trick is to pretend she is so very cold, so cold in fact she needs her boots, coat and hat. She'll then work her way to the door...very sly, this one.

Just Another Day

Shazaam!

Look at this juicy little blueberry.

Squeaky Clean

Liv tried our shower, she loved it - now she wants in when we shower!

Little Miss Smarty Pants

There's not an accessory she doesn't like.

These Piggies are Ready for Summer

Liv loves her fancy summer shoes, but doesn't understand that they aren't appropriate for winter.

She Sure Loves Groceries

Olivia was particularly excited to go to Jewel. I was particularly excited to see her lipstick mustache.

It's Never Too Early for Shamrocks

Liv and I were lucky enough to stumble on a little Irish celebration on 103rd street while out and about on Saturday. Liv had her face painted, and was enamored with Rose of Tralee contestants.

She'll Never Do Well With Hide and Seek

Tight Red Plastic is Not in Season

It was appealing until I put it on her head, then Liv wasn't too thrilled with the tightness.

Shiney Eyebrows = Makeup

Olivia asks for lip gloss, and has taken to asking for eye make-up (gesturing). Way too young for mascara, I decided that maybe some lip gloss on her eye brows would do the trick. Liv thought she was faaaancy...

Liv Loves to Lounge

We were worried that Liv would have a hard time adjusting to our new house. But not to worry, she's settled right in.
