Happy Halloween!

Treats for the class

Leo was hesitant to wear the shark costume. The light up pumpkin necklace helped.

He really got into it this year. "Trick or treat" he would yell.

The kids raced from house to house, with Leo and Grace bringing up the behind.

What a halloween!! We are all a bit sad (and a bit relieved) that it's over. Leo followed in his sisters footsteps with his obsession with the holiday, so we fear we'll have a bit of tears tomorrow when he realizes it's over.

Fraternity Party

We joked that the girls were more like boys, so wild - and clearly no one was shy. Leo and Emmett blended right in.

Halloween Party

Olivia loved the fangs, but they wouldn't stay in.

Had the creep stare down pat.

Leo the Shark was Leo the vampire to compliment his sisters attire.

It has long been Olivia's dream to have a Halloween party - so Steve and I agreed. We served Hot dogs, cupcakes and apple cider. The kids got carmel popcorn bars and apple cider donuts to take home. We played pumpkin buckets, monster charades, freeze dance, and the mummy wrap. What a rowdy group of girls!

So Long Soccer

What a fantastic soccer season. Team Orange went undefeated! And Leo spent many a quality morning at the park. We celebrated with snacks after the game. It was a cold one!

Girl Time!

Sunday was the women's club mother + daughter tea following 10:00 mass. It was right up their alley. DJ, boas, and a photographer with props.

Fall Walks

As we know, Leo is following in his sister's footsteps with a Halloween (and fall) obsession. So fall walks are particularly delightful. He loves the leaves, acorns, and any and all decorations. This certain "ghostie" one enchanted him. He inched up to the house (with his mag light, natch) and inspected it. Adorable.

Side by Side

These two love to do dishes together.

Punkums

At long last, Leo is with his beloved "punkums." He was in heaven.

 Kiddies with Nana and Papa

Olivia was so happy to have Aunt Therese with us.

 Beauty Queen among the pumpkins.

What a gorgeous day for a visit to Bengstons. Too bad everyone else had the same idea. No worries, though. The kids had a blast - a little hayride, some pumpkins, and out for dinner. Leo got his pumpkin, cousin and his meat fix. All in all, a great day.
