A Very Happy Thanksgiving

 Well, it started out a bit tumultuous, with our usual wardrobe issues. 

 But those quickly resolved themselves and Olivia settled by the window to wait for guests. 

 The boys got a grooming from Grampie. 

 We had asked Emmett to bring his tools to fix the trail of destruction that Leo has left behind.

We hosted Thanksgiving for our families, and are so grateful for everyone's help and delicious dishes.  We had such a good time with everyone - and the kids had a blast. So much to be thankful for!

Leo's had a bit of a cough which we assumed was allergies, but the poor guy was up all night with a fever  and rash. He did bounce back after his nap, just in time to watch the Bears.

The Italian Party

 Grandma Ev with Olivia

We all gathered at Grandma Ev's house on Friday night for a delicious meal of gnocchi, meatballs, salad and bread. It was so good! Olivia looked forward to it all week, calling it the "Italian Party."

Pasta Monster

Steve made sauce and meatballs on Sunday, and Leo could not get enough. First he ate fist-fulls in his highchair. Then he moved on to a regular chair, finishing off of Steve's plate. Then he climbed up onto a stool trying to get the bowl from the counter. 

Sandra Dee

Olivia loves her cozy new nightgown, especially because she felt like Sandra Dee in it. Here she is, unhappy with the impending bedtime.

Leo ate some desitin the other day, at nearly the same age as Olivia.
