Total Bedhead

Leo woke up the entire house at just before 6:00 today. Olivia came into our room to escape the madness, and had a real case of bedhead that still won't go away.

Olivia was so proud to show us her most recent work in her classroom, and very proud to show Leo. He was confused and kept asking for his shaaak backpack, thinking he was going to school. Not so fast, my friend.

Marathon

Olivia and Maggie had a marathon play date today, first at Maggie's then at ours. Barbies, dress up and glitter tattoos!

Almost Sleepover

Olivia had her Daisy "almost sleepover" last night. Two hours of music, make up and junk food. What more could a 6 yr old want?

We're In for It

Over the past couple of weeks Leo's developed a bit of an attraction to ladies. Not that it wasn't there before (see: christmas list) but it's kicked into overdrive.

We had not gotten together with Ryan and Mandy and Tony and Mena in over a year. What a delight to hang out, and meet new babes Avery and Chiara. Christian was a doll and got along so well with Olivia and Leo.

First Game

I can't tell you how Olivia tugs at my heart with basketball. She is so proud of herself, and I constantly catch her looking back to make sure we're watching. She also reminds me so much of my younger self, it's like taking a trip back in a time machine.
