Awards Night

 My little buddy. 

 Olivia planned the menu. Buffalo Chicken dip was in the oven. 

 Leo was a pretty big pest. 

We had some special treats so that Olivia and her pal Maggie could watch the Nickelodeon Kids Choices awards. They were so into it, screeching quite often. But all Leo really wanted was to hug Maggie. It was adorable.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

I took Liv and Leo to Beverly Park for their Easter Egg hunt - more like a dash, really as the eggs are hidden in plain sight. Leo came away with a bounty, and was kind enough to share with those not so lucky.

 A couple of things: this happened when I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth. I turned the water off, and noticed the eerie quiet. Second - that wet spot on the carpet is from the man himself. Note he is wearing underwear. It is like we have a puppy. 

Pretty Freaked

Leo was NOT happy to find out that leprechauns had visited our house last Sunday (thanks to AB for the idea). "Goss. It's goss mommy." 

Go Ahead

Sneak into the fridge. And while you're at it, take a sip of that there "sauce". Perhaps it will teach you a lesson. 

Any Excuse

Mid-week dinner outing? Sure just let me go get my dress. 

Crafts

Maggie was feverishly working on a craft the other day, and how adorable, it was a card for Olivia. 

Disgusting

There was something sticking out of our tailpipe last week, and it looked part rodent. Our car had gotten stuck in the mud so I thought maybe this had something to do with it. Steve pulled it out and it was just hair, but matted/frizzed because of heat from exhaust. 

Sneaky Pete

Here's the thing. I was right there, at my computer. He silently slid a stool over and climbed into the cabinet. What gave it away were the giggles.

Her Froat

Olivia was home sick Monday and Tuesday with a sore "froat". Strep test was negative. She told me yesterday: "I have my whole day planned out. Take a little nap, watch a show, another nap." 

Building Dude

After some scurrying and grunting, Leo called out to me "Mom, I built Chicago!" 

Happiest of Birthdays

Olivia's best bud Maggie turned 7 on Sunday, and had a wonderful Irish dance themed party to celebrate. Maggie invited Esme, which is just the cutest thing ever.

We got together for KR's birthday, which turned into a late afternoon dance party.
