Do you spy princess peach, snuggled on the couch? Olivia had come home early from school, complaining of a stomach ache. I think it was mostly that she still feels under the weather. At any rate, Steve and Leo went outside after dinner, and Olivia had to stay in. She was "heartbroken" and went to call Esme. Here she is, on the phone with her. "Es, my heart feels like a shark is attacking it" as she sees Leo galloping around outside. Shortly after, our neighbor Jim comes along and chases Leo. Olivia sees that and says "now it feels like a lion is eating my heart." The two continued on the phone, sharing knock-knock jokes, promises to play together this weekend. Support comes in the smallest forms.

Sweet sweet Maddy.
Grace and Olivia.
We all got together at Nana and Papa's on Sunday to celebrate the many September and October birthdays. Olivia was in her glory with all of the girlies.

She's Moved On
For months, and months, we've endured Call me Maybe on repeat - Olivia and Leo have performed countless dance parties to it, and of course it is Olivia's song for her cheer routine at SJF and Mt Carmel. However, Olivia is going back to her old fave, Taylor. And I'm so glad I caught this on tape.

Fisher Fest
We have spent the entire weekend in a parking lot, or at least it feels that way. Olivia and Leo are having a blast - and so is everyone else!

Three for One
What a fun birthday - a train ride downtown with the kids to meet Steve for dinner. It is a special day - my birthday, Aimee's birthday and our anniversary - 8 years!

Sleepover!
Feeding Cordelia was a treat for Olivia. And Bea and Leo.
It gave everyone a chance to feel proud.
Bea woke up before Leo from her nap, so we had a bit of a photo shoot.
Brooke, Olivia and Kennedy
Sorry Scott. I didn't realize the irony until I was taking these pictures. And now, as I post them after a Bears win, I supposed it is extra ironic. He....he. Sure hope Bea didn't say "go Bears" just like we practiced. That would just be cruel.
Bea and Cordelia came for a visit this weekend. Olivia loved it. She really threw herself into the role, sitting on the couch with me at the end of the day and iced her knee while rubbing her back. Bea is such a smart funny girl - everything we did (even boring baths) were funny to her. And Cordelia - what a peach!
