Liv spies her wagon full o' birthday presents.
Olivia likes things both girlie and otherwise.
She can't get over that there's a Barbie that comes with a Babe dog!
After presents, it was off to our favorite breakfast place, Lumes.
After pancakes we slipped into the Howard's pool for some fun.
We're ready for our Wizard of Oz birthday party!
First name Dorothy, last name Ham.
A little "Dorothy" themed treat table. Although the cookies looked more like a transvestite's pink pumps, it's all about the effort, right?
Strawberry shortcake-cake.
Liv enjoying her "over the rainbow" cone.
Liv is so excited to try her night vision goggles from Auntie Rosie.
Pow pow power wheels! Liv and Esme tore up some lawns in the Barbie Jeep. Thanks Nana and Papa - Liv loves it!

We had a fantastic day with our family for Liv's 3rd birthday. Gorgeous weather, great food, and really generous presents. Liv is one lucky lady. It's hard to believe that 3 years ago, Steve and I were heading into the city on the 3rd to be induced - we were certain we were going to have a 4th of July baby - but Liv took her time, and decided to wait until the next day. These past 3 years have been nothing short of amazing, with Liv bringing such light into our lives. We love that she has such a personality. What other 3 yr olds cuddle with skeletons, watch black and white Superman cartoons, and have an obsession with "wolfies?" But in the same breath, Liv will ask where her glass slippers are, and head to her dollhouse to play. Now, on to the next chapter - potty training. Wish us luck!
