Whenever the destination is "the city," Olivia is 100% in. So of course she was thrilled that going to the city meant a visit to the Christmas Tree at Daley Plaza - the same area where Steve proposed to me 6 years ago! This was last Friday (I've been beind in blogging). Liv and I took the train downtown where Steve picked us up. It was very cold, but the sights and Christmas spirit helped. Afterwards we went to The Green Door tavern for dinner. What a perfect holiday night!
